Salmon has long been at the heart of the culture and livelihood of coastal dwellers. Many people of the Northern Pacific shore had a ceremony to honor the first return of the year.  The season varies according to different salmon species (refer to chart below).

Our salmon processing is totally natural, free of any medication or additives.  For the health conscious consumer, Pacific wild salmon is the ideal alternative to farmed salmon. Our salmon are graded with strict high standards, and are separated by area of catch.

Natural wild salmon is available fresh in season mainly from April to November. Frozen is available throughout the year. We produce a wide assortment including fresh trimmed fillets, steaks or portions. Caught by Gill net, Seine, Troll, all salmon are handled with care and speed to ensure freshness and quality.

Our frozen salmon, whole or fillets, are processed through our BLAST freezer at a very low temperature to ensure quality and freshness, then shipped worldwide according to customer specifications. Shipment is by air, truck and ocean container depending on the customer’s need and time restraints.
